How should conceptual design meet practicality?
Conceptual vertical triangular prism appearance design
BO 102 adopts an unconventional vertical triangular prism structure to extend the internal space upwards three-dimensionally, compared with the traditional chassis, the case occupies less footprint, t his is a unique design that is different from the traditional conceptual design. Although there is a certain risk of being accepted by the mainstream market, the highly recognizable outline of BO 102 can also meet the visual needs of some users who want to have an artwork-like case. Therefore, we classify it as the “BO series” seeking innovative product lines.
Round edge treatment
In order to reduce the sharpness of the transition between the triangular plane and the elevation, we bend the edges of the aluminum alloy plate of the BO 102 top cover and bottom cover into a large arc to soften the overall outline and easily integrate into the home environment.
4mm thick double tempered glass side panel, 29.3% light transmittance
The light transmittance coefficient of BO102’s tempered glass panels are 29.3%, which is generally called smoked glass. In the case of products, it is relatively dark glass, which can suppress overly bright light-emitting hardware to make it show elegant light effects.
The hardware specifications under the special form of the chassis layout are usually limited by its special shape and compromise some hardware specifications. BO 102 makes full use of internal space, supports Mini-ITX basic specifications, while maintaining compatibility and practicality with other high-performance hardware.
First Chamber: Mini-ITX Motherboard and Standard PS/2 ATX PSU chamber
BO 102 supports standard Mini-ITX motherboards (17x17cm, located at the top), and standard ATX power supplies (limited to 21cm in length, located at the bottom). The RGB light effect of the motherboard hardware can be seen through the tempered glass side panel.
Second Chamber: Max. 380mm long for vertical mounted GPU and storages chamber
The graphics can be installed on the detachable graphics card mounting bracket in the upper side of the second chamber, and is connected to the motherboard through a PCI-E riser cable. It supports the max. 88mm thickness of 3-slot PCI slots card(only two slot opening), and the length is limited to 330mm~380mm (depending on the storage installation).
Below the graphics card is the storage cage. BO 102 supports up to 3.5″HDD x2 and 2.5″HDD x1 at the same time to meet the storage capacity requirements of most users. This chamber uses tempered glass to visualize the RGB light effect of the graphics card hardware.
*The PCI-E 4.0 riser cable is included, no need to purchase separately.
Third chamber: 360 liquid cooling radiator chamber
BO 102 supports the installation of 360 liquid cooling radiator to meet the heat dissipation requirements of high-power CPUs. The radiator can be adjusted up and down to a certain range to adapt to the length of the pipes. This chamber is located at the rear of the chassis and is closed by a powder-coated steel side panel full of venting holes.
Hidden wire slot/fast routing design in the corner
The vertical cable management grooves (33mm thickness space) between each chamber can quickly manage the routing of cables from power supply and storage devices. The larger wire hole allows each wire from the power supply to pass through and connect to the corresponding hardware interface. After arranging the cables, close them up with tool-less detachable aluminum panels to keep the internal hardware tidy and cool.

75mm ~83mm CPU cooler height support
BO 102 can support air coolers with a height less than 75mm (in the default side panel installation mode, 75mm is the height limit, it is recommended to reserve at least 10mm to ensure airflow; through the side panel heightening kit, you can increase the installation space of 8mm to 83mm) , limited by the performance limitations of the top-flow air cooler in this size range. It is recommended to use liquid cooler when using the high performance (high TDP) CPU. BO102 can handle most of the current few higher AIO pump sets within 75 or 83mm（depending on the side plate installation method)
8mm heightening kit for enhance the ventilation efficiency for M/B and GPU chambers
If you install a tall CPU liquid cooler pump unit/air cooler , or a thicker graphics card with high heat generation, based on compatibility or cooling requirements, you can use the included heightening kit to adjust the gap between the glass side panel and chassis. (spacing of 8mm).
80~88mm Graphics card installation and airflow clearance space
High-performance graphics cards usually exceed 2-SLOT thickness.
The graphics card chamber of the BO 102 has a total of 80mm of GPU storage space. If you take the 58mm thick “ROG STRIX RTX 3090 24G GAMING” graphics card as a reference, in the default side panel installation mode, there will be a 22mm cooling airflow channel between the GPU fan surface and the tempered glass side panel.
If a heightening kit is installed between the side panel and the chassis to increase the gap by 8mm, the wider airflow channel space and more direct cold air inlet from the gap can enhance the cooling capacity.
The ATX power supply can be adjusted in four heights according to the length
BO 102 supports standard ATX power supply and is designed with four-level flexible installation positions, which can accommodate up to 21cm in length. You can choose a suitable height during installation.
2+1 storage space design, dual installation method
BO 102 provides storage mounting brackets for 3.5″HDD x2 and 2.5″SSD x1, and the default is under the graphics card (side portrait mode). If you need to install a graphics card longer than 330 mm, you can install the hard disk tray in the bottom horizontal mode (this installation method is compatible with 3.5″ HDDx1 and 2.5″SSD x1, but it will block part of the air flow from bottom of chassis ).
The vertical cooling air chamber enhanced with a 20cm large-diameter fan at the bottom
The BO 102 with the appearance of the aluminum alloy frame and the special internal structure form a vertical airflow cooling structure.
A large 20cm fan hidden at the bottom sucks in air and is supplemented by hollow openings on both sides of the edge. It can be exhausted through cooling fans in the rear chamber to avoid heat accumulation in the box.

The vertical installation structure of BO 102, the rear IO and connector interfaces of the graphics card and the motherboard both face upwards. You can connect the video cable, audio cable, keyboard and mouse and other cables at the top, and discharge them evenly through the upper outlet on the back of the chassis. If the cables are long enough, it can also be wound to the end by going through the hidden line grooves between the two cambers to concentrate the cables out from the lower outlet.
Thoughtful dust-proof treatment
The ventilation holes on the top/bottom/rear cavity (radiator chmber), or the long convection holes on the side, are covered with air filters to prevent the entry of external dust. The air outlet of the standard chassis is not designed to be dust-proof, but from our actual use, after the host is shut down, under the action of airflow and dust movement, a layer of dust often accumulates on the hardware near the system air outlet. Intimate dustproof is more conducive to prolong the service life of the hardware.

Front and rear panel also milled and chamfered with CNC to ensure the smooth edges without scratching user’s hand, it is better and precise than ordinary edging machine treatment.
